  I have tolerated this place for a long time including dirty bathrooms, non working bathrooms, horrible smelling, horrible parking lot and limited items in the store but I have continued to support this place because it's an independent truck stop. Well no more! Tonight I pulled in tired and hungry and the damn place is closed. This is a prime example of why independent truck stops fail and national brands survive. Set your hours and maintain them. I can't even get a coffee or use a restroom. They advertise 24/7 and this isn't the first time its been closed when it was supposed to be open. So no more business from me and hopefully someday you straighten this BS out and actually run your business properly so you can keep customers happy. See ya Crappy D's.
  
  FYI your lot is almost empty tonight when both truck stops 1 exit down are overflowing with customers... Why because they are open and actually offer food & services to truckers

  Beyond disappointed, time to cross Crazy D off this list again. Raised prices, lowered quality of ingridents & food was no where near as good as a month ago. For example they are now using salad shrimp under about an inch thick of breading. The tea was bad, waitress said they made it fresh every morning - either it went bad from sitting out at room temperature all day or they aren't properly cleaning the tea dispenser because those are the only two ways tea has that off disgusting taste. Brought diet instead of regular coke, when asked to have it fixed waitress just wanted to argue. Had to ask for my sons rootbeer 3 times before she finally brought his drink. Her attitude got worst as the meal continued and don't even get me started on the bathrooms. New management started out strong...and then tried to cut too many corners.
